Physical activity and exercise promotes strength, well-being, and wound healing. It is imperative to promoting healthy weight and energy levels. If you already exercise regularly, keep it up.

If you are looking for a place to start, look at the following basic example:

Beginner’s regimen:

  • Walk for 1 hour daily.
  • Lift arm weights (2-3 lbs) for 1 hour daily--can combine with walking.
  • If 1 hour straight is not possible, it is okay to split up in 10-15 minute intervals over the course of a day.
